Sometimes God’s greatest work in your life is happ Sometimes God’s greatest work in your life is happening in places that feel completely ordinary. The quiet morning.
The unanswered prayer.
The season that seems to be going nowhere.
The small act of obedience nobody sees. We often look for God in the extraordinary, but Scripture reminds us that He is faithful in the ordinary, too. “Do not despise these small beginnings.” — Zechariah 4:10 You may not see what God is building yet. But unseen does not mean inactive. So today, keep praying.
Keep obeying.
Keep trusting. God is not asking you to see the whole picture. Just be faithful with what He has placed in front of you today. Happy Friday, Fathom. 🤍
🌊 Word Wednesday “Come to me, all who labor and a 🌊 Word Wednesday “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 It’s the middle of the week. Your schedule may be full, your mind may be racing, and your heart may feel tired. Jesus doesn’t ask you to have everything together before you come to Him. He simply says, “Come.” Today, pause for a moment. Breathe. Pray. Lay your worries at His feet and remember that His strength is enough for whatever this week holds. How can we pray for you today? Drop a prayer request below or send us a private message—we’d be honored to pray with you. ❤️ #WordWednesday #FathomChurch #ComeToJesus #MidweekEncouragement #FaithOverFear
🎣 Day 2 of the White Marlin Open By now, the earl 🎣 Day 2 of the White Marlin Open By now, the early mornings have turned into long days, and every crew is hoping the next catch could be the catch. Life can feel that way too—full of waiting, hoping, and trusting through the unknown. No matter what today brings, remember that our greatest hope isn’t found in what we catch, accomplish, or achieve. It’s found in the One who never changes. As you enjoy another day of this incredible tradition, take a moment to thank God for His creation, pray for safe waters and every crew, and look for opportunities to encourage someone along the way. “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31 Have a safe and blessed Day 2, Ocean City! 💙🌊

— Deuteronomy 31:8 As the week gets busy, it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying everything on your own. But before you face the meeting, the doctor’s appointment, the conversation you’re dreading, or the unknowns of this week… God is already there. He isn’t waiting at the finish line—He’s walking with you every step of the way. ✨ Take a moment today to pause and remember:
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.

Monday reminder: You were sent. 🌊 Yesterday we we Monday reminder: You were sent. 🌊 Yesterday we were reminded that evangelism isn’t just something we do — it’s a way we live. Jesus didn’t call us to keep the good news to ourselves. He calls us to be His hands and feet wherever He has placed us — in our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, friendships, and everyday conversations. Living sent means looking for opportunities to love people well, share hope boldly, and reflect Jesus in the ordinary moments. This week, ask yourself: ✨ Who has God placed in my path?
✨ Where can I bring the hope of Jesus?
✨ Am I willing to go when He sends me? Let’s step into this week not just as people who attend church, but as people who are sent by Jesus. 💙 #FathomChurch #LivingSent #ShareJesus #BeTheChurch

Our Rooted Youth crew is heading into their final day of camp, and we’re asking our Fathom family to continue covering them in prayer. ❤️ Pray that the moments of worship, teaching, friendship, and fun would leave a lasting impact — that students would know they are deeply loved by Jesus, hear His voice clearly, and return home ready to live rooted in Him. May God continue to strengthen our students, our leaders, and every person who has poured into this week. 🌙 As this Sunday comes to a close… Today we were 🌙 As this Sunday comes to a close… Today we were reminded through the book of Philemon that the Gospel doesn’t just change our eternity, it changes the way we treat one another. Forgiveness over bitterness.
Grace over pride.
Restoration over revenge.
Love that reflects Christ. The hardest acts of obedience are often the ones that look the most like Jesus. As you head into a new week, ask yourself:
💙 Is there someone God is calling me to forgive?
💙 Is there a relationship He wants me to help restore?
💙 How can I reflect the grace I’ve already been given? May we be people who don’t just hear God’s Word on Sunday, but live it out on Monday. Have a blessed week, Fathom Church. We can’t wait to worship with you again next Sunday! 🌊✝️

Not every miracle happens on a mountaintop. Somet Not every miracle happens on a mountaintop. Sometimes God meets us in the ordinary—on a Tuesday evening after work, during bedtime routines, while washing dishes, or sitting quietly on the porch. If today felt long, if you’re carrying something heavy, or if you’re wondering what God is doing… don’t mistake His silence for His absence. He’s still working.
He’s still faithful.
He’s still writing your story. Take a few moments tonight to slow down, breathe, and bring whatever is on your heart to Him. 💙 How can we pray for you this week? Drop a comment below or send us a private message—we’d be honored to pray with you. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
🇺🇸 Before the fireworks. Before the cookouts. Befo 🇺🇸 Before the fireworks. Before the cookouts. Before the full weekend. Take a moment to be still. The world will tell you to fill every moment, but God often speaks in the quiet. As we head into a busy Fourth of July weekend, don’t let the noise drown out His voice. Freedom isn’t just something we celebrate as a nation, it’s something we’ve been given through Christ. Today, pause.
Put down your phone for a few minutes.
Step outside.
Take a deep breath.
Thank God for His faithfulness. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 May your heart find rest before the celebration begins. ❤️🤍💙 #BeStill #FourthOfJulyWeekend #FaithOverFear #FreedomInChrist #FathomChurch
We weren’t called to fit in. We were called to sta We weren’t called to fit in. We were called to stand out. The world will always chase approval, popularity, and being liked. But Jesus never called His followers to be liked by everyone—He called us to be the light. A light doesn’t blend into the darkness. It shines through it. So if following Christ feels uncomfortable, different, or even unpopular at times, remember: your purpose isn’t to win everyone’s approval. It’s to reflect His love, His truth, and His hope wherever you go. Don’t dim your light to make others comfortable. ✨ Be the light.
📖 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” — Matthew 5:14 #FathomChurch #BeTheLight #FaithOverApproval #ShineBright #Matthew514 LiveOnMission
Whatever this week has brought, pressure, exhausti Whatever this week has brought, pressure, exhaustion, uncertainty, or just the weight of everyday life, God isn’t asking you to push through alone. He’s inviting you to pause.
To breathe.
To trust Him with what feels too heavy. 📖 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Rest isn’t weakness. It’s worship.
And sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop striving and simply be with Jesus. Today, let go of what you were never meant to carry. You are held. 🤍
