Pastor Nathan Deisem

Lead Pastor
Pastor Nathan Deisem gave his life to Jesus at a young age. He attended Messiah College where he was on the wrestling team and received his Bachelors of Arts in Christian Ministry. He married the love of his life Rachel Deisem in 2009 and they moved to Charlotte, NC to attend Southern Evangelical Seminary. They have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful son. Pastor Nathan Deisem has been a part of 5 church plants and is so thankful that God has blessed him to plant Fathom Church with such an amazing team! He loves studying the Bible, spending time with his family, playing guitar, hunting and fishing, eating crabs, Root Beer, and living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland!

Pastor Michael Deisem

Pastor Mike was called into ministry after a term as a medic in the Air Force. He pursued his education and earned a Bachelors of Science in Pastoral Ministry at Nyack College and went on to get a Masters of Divinity at Biblical Theological Seminary.  He has served the Lord in ministry for 22 years, 15 of which have been with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.  He and his wife Dawn have been married for 35 years and have 2 adult children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.  Co-Founder and Instructor of Aletheia Bible Center, Mike’s passion is to train and disciple the believers of the church in sound Biblical knowledge so that they can “contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.”  He loves to spend his spare time in a deer stand, in a duck blind or on the waters of the Eastern Shore.
